Bread is buttered and toasted in a cast iron pan. Chorizo slices fried until crispy and caramelising a little bit. One slice of bread then re-fried in the oeftover chorizo oil for extra flavour. Salad is a mix of gem lettuce, basil and rocket, chopped up and laid on top of mayonnaised bread. Other slice of bread gets a nice spreading of my spicy fennel tomato pasta sauce made from fresh tomatoes. All served with a little sprig of Piccolo vine tomatoes.
