    Double feature today since the recipes were both similar and we thought they would go well together! We have made the fish before and it is great. I would get a better cut next time since these were quite thin so caramelizing without overcooking was a challenge. My wife is not a huge eggplant texture person, but she really enjoyed the char on it. Overall 8/10 would make again.
