  1. Combine the milk, sugar, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside 6 shrimp to garnish the avocado mousse. Gently fold the remaining shrimp and avocado cubes into the mayonnaise mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
