Picked this up at the local Asian market. Any tips on how to use this or any of your favorite recipes with this as an ingredient??

    Makes a great glaze. Add some sugar, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and a little bit of corn starch.

  2. Joshua Weismann’s Korean fried chicken recipe uses it for the sauce. It’s one of my favorite recipes and the sauce is amazing.

    So my favorite thing…

    Is gochujang on pizza. As a dipping paste. I personally just spread it over the top of the pizza with a knife, but it can be very strong if you get it too thick, so dipping it would give better control.

    Dilute with vinegar, add sesame oil and minced garlic and drizzle that on steamed brocoli, green beans, hard boiled quail eggs…
