Help with nespresso expert disassembly..

Hi there everyone..
I’m cleaning my nespresso expert machine and came down to the part where I have to remove the brewing unit in order to clean it and change the O-rings if needed.. I will attach a pic of the water connection piece if any one can help me with the proper way of removing it cause I’m afraid to break it .. thanx in advance
