Breakfast is an egg quesadilla with black beans, onions, peppers, and cotija cheese.

Lunch is chicken, mixed veggies, and rice.

Snack, I had 2 cookies.

Dinner I had Tattooed Chef Cauliflower Fried Rice. It is really good on its own but I added some chicken, a scrambled egg, soy sauce, oil and siracha.

Everything I weighed with my food scale.
