Had a busy day yesterday which meant little time during the day to prep food, and little energy to cook, which led to too many snacks in the evening.

However, I still stayed somewhat within my calorie goal for the day and today’s a new day! Posting this for accountability and I hope some of you can relate 🥲 thankfully even a nutritionally void day like this doesn’t entirely throw me off the rails when doing cico

* a whole bag of lentil crisps (they were a mindless munch) and a kinder choco fresh (one of my favourite sweets)
