I have to say, none of them are better than their OG flavors.
The best is probably the ghost, it has the best flavor and a higher heat level than any yucateco sauces out there. The Chiltepin is ok but has a weird artificial flavor to it. The pineapple has no heat and also a weird flavor (they could have done way better on this one).
The marisquera red has great flavor and probably comes 2nd place out of the new flavors. I wish they didn’t call it seafood sauce because it would really go great on anything. The marisquera black has a strong molasses flavor and is very salty, probably won’t use it on much.
I would have liked to seen another verde sauce, maybe a habanero+serrano. And maybe something unique like a habanero+thai chili.
These new sauces were all fun to try, but in my opinion the best yucateco flavors are still xxxtra hot, caribbean, and their standard red/green.

Don’t live in the states so I’ve been following this closely for my upcoming visit. Thoughts on the coffee? I saw good things earlier. xxxtra for life, but I’m excited for these new guys too.
Mine are being delivered today and I’m the most excited about the coffee!
Check more text under the photo for review 🌶️
I thought the ghost was amazing, although I still probably prefer the xxhot for everyday use
I’m only looking forward to the ghost, and after your review I’m thinking I’ll be happy with my decision to go all in on the ghost and ignore the variety pack.
HOLD ON JUST A MINUTE HAVE I BEEN UNDER A ROCK?!
Seriously tho i had no idea these were coming out, I’ve gotta order these ASAP
Always find myself crawling back to the OG red too
Wish I’d ordered the Marisqueria red now. It didn’t sound versatile enough, so I replaced it with the Caribbean when I ordered mine.
The coffee is the best one!
WHOAH NEW El Yucs!? Oh I’m so excited to give them a try.
I was hoping the pineapple habanero would have more heat. I may have to reconsider buying this flavor.
Thanks, was looking forward but happy you’ve given the summary. Stick with the classics
There’s a review on YouTube , it’s all subjective
Thanks for the review! I’m still going to try all of the new flavors regardless… but how would you rate your heat/spice tolerance level? I’m just wondering if some of the new flavors would work better blended/incorporated into certain dishes (I’m thinking tacos, eggs, pizza, etc). I love their OG hab and xxxtra hab sauces so much!
How can I trust you when you don’t understand that their chipotle is their best sauce??
Where buy
