    Lao Gan Ma chili crisp isn’t very spicy but adds such an amazing flavor and texture to simple foods like rice or eggs

    You could use Google Lens to translate. May not be the best translation, but could be amusing

    It usually doesn’t hurt to try a couple of random things! I have done this and found gems from our local Asian market.

    Just buy new things every time you go. Take notes for pairings.
