Just did mala hot pot last night!! It’s the end of green prickly ash berry season where I am so had to take advantage. Spicy Sichuan food is just unbeatable.
Now I’m thinking about my leftovers.

Hot take Sichuan peppercorns are hotter then most sauces and when combined with proper peppers creates a unique flavor and some of the hottest spiciest tones I have ever tasted.
