It looks like rice with some pickled side dishes. There’s egg in it. So it’s not technically vegetarian.

Looks like bibimbap, you can make it vegetarian. It usually has an egg, but if you’re vegan no one will scold you for not including an egg.

bibimbap, it translate to “mixed rice”
It generally comes in a big bowl and you mix it all together and yes it is absolutely delicious.

You can choose a variety of vegetables and ingredients to put in it and definitely make it vegetarian friendly although the egg is a pretty standard ingredient.

At Korean restaurants you can get dolsot bibimbap where they serve it in a super hot stone bowl that cooks it as you eat it.
