Hey guys I need some help , I received a gifted breville vertuo next it will not update to get the benefit of the concentrated extraction with the double press. This is my second vertuo machine and I am very familiar with the paring process and letting it update overnight nothing will take, some of the strange things I’m encountering are at the name of machine comes up as “My Nespresso Atelier” instead of my vertuo next also do not have the options to descale or rinse through the app like I can with my delonghi vertuo next. I spent an hour on the phone with Nespresso and 2 different agents told me the vertuo next does not support the concentrated extraction only the pop and pop +. I told them they were crazy my vertuo next updated and I’ve had this options for months now. They also could not confirm the machine was coming up My Nespresso Atelier. The machine brews fine just can update to get the newer features and would love to be able to descale through the app like I’m on my other next. Any help will be appreciated.
