For my family it was feta in [French Crepes With Spinach and Feta](https://www.seriouseats.com/french-crepes-spinach-feta-recipe)! I first made them for Mother’s Day and ever since then I’ve put them in rice and salad dishes and also used them as a sub for cotija. Today’s crepes had double the amount of feta bc I didn’t have enough spinach and didn’t want just a little bit of feta leftover 😅
