Needs a Blender
Recipe:
27g Chocolate Protein Powder – 121 cal
2g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 4 cal
8g Semi Sweet Choco Chips – 37 cal
Pinch of salt
6g Torani Syrup – 0 cal (I used salted caramel for this one)
160ml Liquid – 0 cal (I use water)
3g Xantham Gum – 0 cal
14 ice cubes
Total: 162 cal; 23g protein (or 125 cal w/o the chocolate chips)
1. Add your choice of liquid to blender then add all dry ingredients (except for Xantham gum) and Torani syrup to blender as well.
2. Blend to combine.
3. Next, blend ice cubes three at a time until all cubes are incorporated into the mixture.
4. Add Xantham gum and blend until desired consistency is reached.
5. Add in your choice of toppings!
