I made Kenji’s thin fry recipe last night and was pretty blown away. They came out darker than I was anticipating but I’ve always had a hard time getting fries to be crispy and fluffy when I make them at home, and this recipe really came through. I’m a huge fan.
They were in the freezer for a couple weeks before I used them.
