Second attempt at gimbap, with bulgogi salmon – any tips and tricks to make it even better?

    I’ve been making salmon kimbap the last few weeks and those look great.

    I just got some Kewpie mayo which I hear is great in sushi/gimbap so maybe a thin stripe of that on the inside?

    Or you could layer a pickled or seasoned perilla leaf on the inside(you’d probably need to layer it with Boston lettuce or something to prevent it from falling apart)?
