I like these pizza minis because they are easy to portion depending on my calorie budget for the meal, with my go-to being 7 pieces for under 500 cals. Typically one has 30g and around 70 cals.
Those in the first picture are the Alfredo’s from Lidl (German chain store all over Europe) but there are similar ones from Buitoni and surely others in other countries as well….
