Found this recipe on FB from the page Life with Coco. It’s so easy to make and is ready in under 4 hours!
You will need:
1. 1 bag of frozen grilled cubed/sliced chicken (22oz)
2. 1/2 bag of tater tots (14oz)
3. 1 bag of frozen mixed veggies (24oz)
4. 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup (21oz)
5. 1 cup of whole milk
6. Salt and pepper to taste
7. Poultry seasoning to taste
8. Can of biscuits (16.3oz)
OPTIONAL:
Sharp cheddar cheese (1/3 cup)
Hot sauce
Dump the first seven ingredients one after the other into the crock pot and cook on LOW for three hours.
Preheat oven to 375 right before 3-hour cook time is up.
Add the biscuits on top of the mixture once the 3-hour cook time is complete.
Take the ceramic bowl of the crock pot out and place it in the oven to cook further for 35 minutes. Take it out and you’re done!
I personally LOVE this recipe when I want something hearty and delicious but don’t want to spend time slicing and searing or mixing. It’s not the healthiest, I know. It’s definitely a nice treat for a busy day. 🙂

Such a perfect lazy meal!
Pro tip: sub the biscuits for the Red Lobster cheddar biscuits
Thank you for the recipe. Looks tasty and easy is great!
A variation I have made doesn’t use the tots and tears up the biscuits and places them on top and pressing them down occasionally so they become dumplings.
I didn’t know you could just put the ceramic crock pot piece into the oven, good to know. Thanks for sharing the recipe, gonna save it!
