Chicken breast bought on mark down and put in freezer until needed. Vegetables from my garden. Gardens can be a little pricey to get started but when you have it going for a few seasons it becomes really cheap

    Prepared for 4 people:

    4 chicken breasts marinated in 1/2 cup olive oil with Greek seasoning and garlic (sub lemon pepper or any seasoning you like). Marinate at least 1/2 hour

    pitas for serving

    vegetables for grilling like summer squash and cherry tomato.

    cucumber slices

    Yogurt sauce: (1/2 Cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup grated cucumber, chopped dill)

    Heat up the grill. Wrap pitas in foil and place to the side or on upper rack of grill.

    Toss summer squash or other veggies in a drizzle of olive oil. Grill in grill pan for 15-20 minutes on low heat or on top rack of grill.

    Place marinated chicken breasts on grill and flip as needed. Gril for 12 minutes or until internal temp is 165 Farenheit.

    When chicken is near finished add cherry tomatoes to the grill pan with the squash and allow to heat through.

    Remove everything from grill. Slice chicken and arrange on pitas with veggies. Add cucumber slices and yogurt sauce.

    Garlicky green beans:

    On medium heat melt 2 TBS butter in a pan. Throw in green beans for about 6 minutes. Add 1-2 cloves of garlic and toss and heat for 5 minutes or until green beans at desired tenderness.
