My first attempt at doenjang jjigae


I couldn’t get any large dried anchovies, so used salted dried shrimp as replacement. I’ll definitely be making this again, but maybe with a crunchier vegetable selection – the courgette went a bit too soft for my liking.

    Is that dried kelp? Quite a hefty quantity, watch out the iodine intake.
