    Just because you smushed it doesn’t make it a smashburger. I feel like everyone calls their burgers smashburgers now but lack the super thin, heavy maillard reaction.

    I’m not saying this doesn’t look delicious, but I think we’re all getting a little too liberal with the term smashburger…
