In particular the special hot oil noodle (#20) and garlic sauce with pork noodle (#24). I haven’t found anything exactly like it in SoCal. I’ve tried a few dry noodle places, but none of them lay it on as thicc with the meat.

    You may want to look for xi’an cuisine I think. Try Ching qing special noodle, Shaanxi garden.
