The label just says boneless pork roast.

Is this more suited for the oven?

    Yeah…it’s pork roast. Use olive oil as a binder and slap on your seasoning generously. However you cook it, you’re looking for 145 temp internal. I’ve done them in the oven at 400 or smoke at 275
