Just finished making Kimchi this afternoon. I just wanted to make one jar, but went a little overboard with the ingredient portions. Any ideas for what I can do with all this Kimchi?

    Bury it in your backyard for 6 months, then come back to make the best kimchi jjigae ever

    Mix with flour until it’s a fairly stiff batter, and spoon into hot oil, shallow or deep fry. Serve with a spicy mayo based dip. Tastes amazing, kinda like an onion bhaji.
