
Can’t believe the depth of flavors. I’ve jazzed up my own ramen before, but the concentrates make a deep and rich broth. I roasted the carrots in my air fryer, and probably didn’t brown the tofu long enough, but I feel like I died and went to heaven. My first time cooking tofu and not my last. They’ve really stepped up their recipes when I took a break. Good to be back!

I cooked this for dinner tonight and agree with you. Many flavors in the broth and dish. Seemed to have more steps than the usual meal and took longer to prepare, but loved the flavor profile.
