100g sirloin steak, 1 potato, 1 carrot all chopped up + 2 cups boiled water + herbs & spices* – cooked for 4 hours on low.
After 3 hours started addition of what I could find. A ripe avocado, 1 courgette, 100g black sliced olives, 6tsp sesame seeds, 4tsp chia seeds. 1 cup of Orzo that expanded like slow mo popcorn.
*8tsp onion powder, 6tsp paprika, 6tsp basil, 4tsp thyme, 4tsp roast vegetable seasoning, 2tsp cajun. No salt, no oil etc.
Served with dribs of tabasco sauce and drabs of sweet soy sauce.
