Radish kimchi that I accidentally fermented for a very long time, with a bit of sour cabbage kimchi.
Cut up the radish into small pieces (scissors are best) add some extra chili flakes if you need and enough flour or jeon mix to get a thick batter! Fry until crispyyyy
