This week of our van life turning into ‘old farm life’ vlog we have no idea if we are ever going to live here. Or at least live here while the place is ours. We are allowed on the property and we are allowed to do some gardening but that about it. And the owner isn’t really preparing to leave. He even started living in the house, something he didn’t do before. For a moment we thought we was doing something but we found out he was just collecting wood for himself. In the meanwhile we are working hard to get the garden ready for some vegetables for the winter. So we don’t sit and wait. The more we can do now the better. Our vanlife is less and less adventurous but this way we know the property very good before we own it.
Welcome to our vlog about our experiences living in a Citroen Jumper that we converted into a campervan. We upload weekly on Fridays. We, Bram and Simon, have sold our house and bought a van. Now the conversion is done the Van is our home on wheels. Learning along the way we hope to show you how and what we are doing. It’s all new to us so mistakes will be made. We’d love to come in contact with like minded people to share our experiences. Together with our two Australian shepherds we are ready for this big adventure. Two guys, two dogs in one van.

Hello guys !You did a great job. That is a good idea planting you own vegetables.Take care of yourselves.Enjoy your french bread ! God Bless you both.
Wat een werk hebben jullie al verzet in de tuin. Goed geoefend in Didam 😅.
i have enjoyed watching you vids as i live also in this area and today there you were in the market at Monsempron Libos where i live! You have been doing great clearance work but be careful for the next few days as – I am sure you know- the temperatures are going up to nearly 40° so i advise work early morning only!
Lavender and other essential oils – forget them all right now – can deterr mosquitos but also help reduce the itching afterwards.
Your French is improving too. Your house is going to be great – I can see the potential.
Bon courage pour le jardinage!
Jules

Begin is er!
Loved this! Its an amazing place u have found and has boundless potential! And its v clever to try to save the vine from amongst all the overgrown bushes and trees.
Can wait to see the vegetable garden and im even more excited to find out what plants Bram really bought at the market compared to the ones he thought he had bought.
See u all next week!!!
Guyz, you are great as always! You do a great job with the house already so soon. I presume this is a national characteristic of the Dutch, making everything tidy and clean!:)I hope the owner won't come up with any difficulty and eventually you'll have the chance to own this wonderful property! Please make it an AirBnB! We'll be your first guests with my boyfriend! All the best!
