Had this roast duck in Gyeongju, South Korea. Best ever. Can someone tell me what the yellow sauce is? It was so delicious!

It may not look like much, but I’ve never had a roast duck that was so delicious. I’ve ordered it here in Canada but it’s never come close to being as good.
