First one is 소떡소떡 (*sotteok sotteok),* second one is 떡볶이 (*tteokbokki*)

The first is so-tteok so-tteok (소떡소떡), sausage and rice cake skewered. The second is tteokbokki (떡볶이). Instead of being fried the rice cake is simmered.
