Campbells Chunky Steak and Potato, sure not too healthy but only 250 calories per huge can. Am I missing something?

    Over 1700 mg sodium per can, yikes. If you’re okay with that I don’t think you’re missing anything.

    I wouldn’t make a habit of it, for salt and money reasons, but occasionally… yeah.

    It’s easy, fast, low-thought, tasty, pretty filling, and it leaves five-sixths of your daily limit free.

    Not everything has to be Michelin-level.

    Yeah. If I wanted to spread the sodium out some I’d probably add something like plain rice and spread it out to 2 meals. But I’ve definitely whipped out a can of soup on some low eating days.
