Basically the title. Our boxes have always come between 9-5 in the past. Typically the late morning. Looked up the tracking, because we hadn’t received it yet. Looks like it was delivered at 2:08am. Well it was gone by the time we woke up this morning! What the heck??

What’s your delivery window? Did you contact HelloFresh to get a refund? Looks like they need a different, more reliable delivery service in your area.
