My father in law is the big guy at a large Busan port. One of his business friends bought a boatload of bluefin and gave one of them to my father in law.
Most of it was packaged into the bento box containers pictured above, but the best cuts were brought to a tuna restaurant in Busan and served to my in-laws (I was in quarantine at their house… this was back in 2022…) I did get to eat as many of the bento boxes as I wanted, and believe me when I say you can have too much bluefin.
