Today I am making a tender and juicy meatloaf. The use of Ritz crackers and onion soup mix adds great flavor. This recipe easily makes my weekly rotation for dinner.

Would you have any tips for substituting the beef for another meat, like pork or turkey? Would it still hold together alright?
This is too advanced for me lol I’m still in crock pot mode.
I’m in the UK, is A1 steak sauce the same as or similar to HP sauce? Thanks 🇬🇧
💚💚I do mines with mashys💚💚
I never add milk wow thank you use oregano in mix
Looks delisois make that tomorw
Going to try this recipe!!!
👍 Oh my, how I love meatloaf! 😍 Hot or cold it's one of my favorites! ❤
@simplymamacooks I made your meatloaf recipe a while back. It’s perfection for the flavor profile.
Why do both egg and crackers?
Trick for using turkey. Add equal amount of sauced down finely chopped mushrooms, and some soy sauce.
Looks so good my new favorite recipe. Just love this gal and her recipes!
I JUST SUBSCRIBED, BUT LET ME TELL YOU…..THOSE CHIPOTLE SHRIMP ENCHILADAS WERE A HIT. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!❤❤❤❤❤
Making this tonight
I tried a variation of your recipe. I didn't have any bell pepper, parsley or steak sauce. I substituted shredded carrot and onion for the bell pepper and Masterpiece BBQ sauce for the steak sauce. Also I used chipotle salsa , what I bought. It was quite good. Thanks for your continuing meal ideas. Even with the alteration, it worked.
My secret is I put grated carrots in my meat loaf and it makes it so moist. Try it
Made this, replacing fresh parsley with dried and dried chipotle pepper in place of canned, because it’s what I had. Also used all red bell pepper. SO GOOD.
Do I have to add time if I bake the potatoes along with the meatloaf?
Love your channel and you!
God Bless you and your family
Thank you for the ricepe excellent BRAVO from paris ❤
Looks lovely
A big NOPE for most of those ingredients!
That looks beautiful. You made me hungry and crave some meatloaf. Great Job as always. 🙏🙏🤤🤤
The potatoes look superb. The meatloaf looks great with its glaze. However, you've not lived until you try my microwave meatloaf. Yes, you read it right, MICROWAVE! People mock me until they try it. You can cook it in the oven too. I did try it once and it turned out exactly the same as the microwave. The difference was, 15 minutes in the microwave, or 90-120 minutes in the oven. It's so good.
I have used some Heinz 57 steak sauce with ketchup, and I usually use crushed up corn tortilla chips–tastes great along with the Heinz 57. But I like this recipe, looks like it would be good, I'll try it! I can see how the ritz crackers give it a buttery flavor–yum!
I tried your recipe last night, and my family loved it so much we did not have any leftovers LOL. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe!
The sauce you just made is freaking off the hook mixed with chimmy churi.
Great tips. Thank you.
Made this today and it was BOMB!!! So good! Thank you Angelica ❤
Your nails are a big turn off 🤢
🤤 That meatloaf looks incredible, though I’d rather pair it with mashed potatoes and some home made biscuits
Omg finally someone besides me uses A1!!!! ❤
Anybody notice how long this recipe takes? Who has that kind of time?
Yum! I’m going to try! Looks fantastic
What a fantastic and remarkable recipe presentation you said it clearly and love it thank you
Made this tonight. I used 85/15, 2.6 Lbs. Cooked 350 for 2 hours. Internal temperature was 172F. Came out perfect. My first ever meatloaf. Single guy.
Fantastic video. Your voice is calm and pleasant; you don’t waste time having us watch mundane prep work; your directions are clear and precise; your work area and utensils are lovely; the camera work is good, and your recipe is top notch. All in all an excellent presentation…..but, with all due respect and NOT to be antagonist, the flaked and peeling nail polish at the beginning of the video is a real turn off. No polish is better than flaked. By the end of the video your nails were lovely. Please, no offense intended, just my opinion on how you could be 100%.
