    The picture looks a little messy, but this one was pretty good. All the fixings really made the meal for me including the 2 spicy sides, crispy onions and herbs. That being said, i feel like these savory rice porridge dishes are starting to grow on me.

    I don’t use a microwave so when ever I have left over rice I freeze it to make a version of this. It’s great with a mixture of brown, white and wild rice.
