Can’t beat a homemade pita….watching them go pufffffffffffff is a simple pleasure. Not sure what recipe you use but they have so much more flavour after a 72 hour cold ferment.

today i learned Greek Pita bread was “UK food”. Do people just post anything here? Perhaps an authentic bit of UK sushi next?
