the pineapple looks too white and the meat lacks redness, but a taco al pastor is a taco al pastor and in cdmx you get the best ones

Mexico City has great Al Pastor tacos, but I’ve also had some bad ones there as well. Hope these are great!

I fall in love when i taste the real tacos, with that tortilla that its fry but not at all, and also how flavored are, definitely there is no point if comparison betwen these real tacos and the others that serve in tacobell.

it doesnt look appealing but as long as it tastes good that is all that matters! I had some of the best Al Pastor tacos in Michocan and Chiapas.

to me “real” al pastor has roasted bits of pinapple because it sits at the top of the meat while it’s being cooked.
