The more of everything, the more вкуснее☺️We take 6-7 medium potatoes, peel and grate them finely.I do not squeeze the juice, without it I think it’s a bit dry.Add a couple of garlic cloves and grams of 150 grated cheese (you can add more).Add 2 eggs to this mass. Salt. Stir well. Add 3-4 tbsp. of flour.Mix again and put on a well heated frying pan in the form of flatbreads. Fry on both sides.Try not to eat too much, it’s so caloric!
