  8. Amazing and simple! Served with floured and egg washed cod fillets, with a splash of rice vinegar and based in butter. I also cut the glaze for the carrots with a splash of cider vinegar. Also, as long as you have a stainless steel pan, no real reason to transfer to a sheet for roasting. Just remember to not get 4th degree bums from the pan handle!
