Just a remarkable wine. Red fruit, tobacco, earthiness, all perfectly balanced. Have had this over the years and this is drinking incredibly right now.

My all time favorite wine was a 1999 Alzero. It was just so unique and perfect. Like a tidal wave of flavors across the palate.
Haven’t had any of the more recent years but have some 2012s waiting!
