Ingredients:

1 duck 3.5 pounds

Seasoning paste:
2 tsp five spice powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp white pepper
1.5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp hoisin sauce

Maltose vinegar mixture:
2.5 cups water
70g Chinese red vinegar
100g maltose
