I was going to ask if you were going to use that runoff liquid that you drained out but you did use it in the end. How long do those bottles keep? Do you just consume them that quickly or do they last for a while in the refrigerator?

Strawberry Red Habanero Hot Sauce! πŸŒΆπŸ“πŸ”₯

Recently made this delicious strawberry red habanero hot sauce

Ingredients: 30 red habanero peppers, 1/2 pound of strawberries, 1 red bell pepper, 4 sweet red peppers, 1/3 sweet onion, 3 garlic cloves, vegetable oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 1/2 cup water, 3/4 cup white wine vinegar

Chop up all vegetables & peppers. Simmer garlic and onion in 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Add in the chopped up peppers, strawberries, water, & salt. Cover and cook on medium-high for 30 minutes, stirring periodically. Then, add in sugar and vinegar. Cook for another 15 minutes. Take off heat and let cool. Strain the mix to separate the liquid. Then, add the mix into a food processor/blender and purΓ©e it as good as you can. Add back in some of the liquid until reaching desired consistency. Check pH level. Bottle & enjoy! So deliciously spicy!
