Stuffed mushrooms are the perfect party food. They’re bite-sized and packed with flavor and so easy to put together. I like to fill my mushrooms with fresh spinach, savory feta cheese, a few sundried tomatoes, and some herbs. They go great with roasted chicken, turkey, roast beef, and everything in between. They can be assembled a day ahead, refrigerated and baked the next day. Entertaining just became super simple.

if u have Phylo leftover in the fridge u can always roll a few with the leftover filling would be yummy I'm sure

Hi Dimitra I started looking at your videos recently, Girl everything you cook looks so appetizing and delicious. This Saturday I made the Chicken kabobs and the Mediterranean chick peas Salad. i was hit !! Also prepare the thzaiky sauce. Thank you
I took the mushroom stems , chopped them up and sautéed with the other veggies. I also added some cream cheese mashed into the feta and mixed all into the stuffing. I then had even more stuffing left over to stuff into squash, pastries etc. I serve these along with a salad as a meal .
Thank you so very much for your hard work. Teaching a new style of Cuisine to anyone is very difficult. I lived in Greece for about 3 years, learned to cook some dishes, but to have a gift like You, is extraordinary. 😊 I had the ingredients, the recipes but not the teacher. Thank you, my Greek dinners are out of this world delicious.
