  1. Umm can I do it without an oven 🙂 cuz mine is broken and don't work well

  2. Here is a tip to make your pot roast even better. Pour some molasses in the form of basting sauce along with your pot roast, you will end up with a dark black coloured glazed meat with a rich thick dark gravy.
Try it. As the cigarette advertisement used to say, "You'll be so glad you did".

  3. I like to add some roasted garlic to the liquid. I also add a few pearl onions … and a sprig of fresh Rosemary. Thank you for the fine video … your pot roast looks great!

  4. I’m late I never made a pot roast I’m going to make one in the winter 🥶 yes thank you for your video ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  5. This recipe beats out many high end chef’s recipes that are on here on YouTube! Great job!

  6. I hate when cooks say you have to buy 3 to 4 lbs of meat to make this…. like people are uncapable of dividing ingredients

  7. Does anyone know the name/brand or style of the blue round serving dish she uses to display the pot roast in??? It's a perfect serving platter. I NEED.

  8. I just made it today, WOW, AMAZING and I also LOOOOOOOVVVVEEE the way she explained it with a very simple language,

  9. Just made this Pot Roast today. Used Dry Red Pinot Noir and my slurry was flour and beef broth. This dish was incredible!!! Can’t wait to make it again! Thank you!!!

  10. Been cooking for about 45 years and I have made pot roast and seen others make their version of this wonderful dish. I enjoyed this video. I just like to see how others are doing their thing! Anyway this is a classic and I thought she did a really good job. It wasn’t overly long or complicated. The chuck roast cooks up tender and delicious. One thing I want to mention, while she did touch on the slurry, for those that enjoy more gravy beef broth or Au jus can be blended with the roast juices/gravy and and thickened to the desired consistency along with salty and savor flavors if needed. The blending with the cooked juices keeps adding additional salt to a minimum. Nice video and simply spot on!!

  11. Christ, why do people keep saying "fall off the bone" when there's no motherfucking bone to begin with??????
