Boiled up some Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles. Then I seared a picanha steak that I seasoned with just salt. Left that on the side to rest and then added 1/2 an onion sliced and 2 jalapeños. Once they were mostly cooked I added 4 chopped cloves of garlic (I really like garlic). Once that became fragrant, I added the spicy soy packet that came with the noodles. Then I added the noodles to the rest of the ingredients. Stir fried them till I was happy with how they looked and plated them. Sliced the steak up and put it on top of the noodles.
Super easy recipe and only takes about 15 minutes.
