    I just made it these last night but I can barely taste the pineapple flavor in the cakes. I even added the leftover pineapple in the 2nd batch. I’ll add more pineapple juice next time

    Don’t buy the Pineapple upside down cake mix with the pineapple, and brown sugar in it because the cake part is dry, and tasteless.

    Oh my goodness my mouth is watering. Have you ever used crushed pineapple instead of chunks? Thank you for this fabulous recipe. I get tired of buying store bought snacks and these look simple and easy, and I can use simple and easy at this stage in my life. h🙂
