  2. Just saw this email and came straight away to see in video. In the email it had the oats first to grind up then everything else. Looks like it doesn’t matter with a high speed blender. 🍫 πŸ’ πŸ₯€ πŸ˜‹

  4. Hi Anja! Have you ever tried carob? It is very healthy and delicious, good for digestion, naturally sweeter than chocolate…without any caffeine.

  5. I did make this but it's really thin like milk. I personally like smoothies thicker so I will add more oats next time. Flavor was really good though. I have made this several times now. I find 1/2 cup oats is the right amount for a creamy smoothie. It's really good!

  7. This has literally been my main breakfast for years (minus the maple/protein powder) :-p Definitely agree, its really really yummy, there's a reason it's been a staple for so long 😊🌈

    PS. If people want it to be a bit more filling/last them longer, more oats is a good idea (I often do about 1/3 cup), or you can also add a small banana in when you feel like a change as well… But yeah, no need really, its so good as is 😊🌹
