Hi Chef. I just watched a cooking video by another chef. Why does it seem as though everyone sounds the same? A few of them use the same style, words, tone, etc. And I am not referring to the 2 chefs that you regularly work with. Do these young chefs copy you guys? I do not know which of you guys came out first, I've just been watching you, Kimmie, and the other guy for a while so I think you guys are the originals as far as the style that you have. I’ve never questioned any of your recipes before, but that glaze is a little suspicious lol. Butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, chili powder, onion powder and bourbon?!?! Imma try to make this glaze one time because I’m fully intrigued! I’m not doubting your skills with pairing flavors together, I’m just curious to see how these flavors would work together. But I’m glad I found your video, because now I can try a new sauce/glaze I’ve never tried before
You state to put the shrimp back in for 75% and the 25% but you don’t mention what the 100% time is?
