Trying to make this as close to the recipe as possible before I branch out and do my own thing. Shooting for consistency here.
The recipe calls for 1.5 oz or 20 g of Chinese chives. I know from my youth that there are 28 grams in an ounce and 1.5 oz is 42 g.
Those that have made this, what amount did you use?
