Finally worked up enough courage after reading online, finding ball recipes and reading a bunch of reddit posts, to can for the first time! I made tomato sauce from scratch, pickles, and apple butter! All water bath canned!
All jars are stored without rings! I was just too excited to take a picture of my jars before removing the rings lol
